Research in the field of meat and its products is constantly evolving and its results determine the develop of new products, which are promoted to the market. 

IPK monitors the developments, researches and studies that are published and offers its members:

  • key international level information on issues of interest to enterprises of the sector
  • applied research on the practices and challenges of manufacturing to enterprises of the sector
  • update on developments in new technologies
  • management training
  • responsible consumer information

IPK is not involved in issues that concern the research centers of the State, as well as the R&D departments of the companies of the sector.
