
The INSTITUTE OF MEAT PRODUCTS – IPK is a collective, sectoral initiative that aspires to bring together science (academic researchers, etc.), government bodies and the business community of the meat processing industry. The Institute’s statutory objective is to act as a center for lifelong learning and as a center for research, development and technological monitoring of sectoral issues and international trends.
The continuous cooperation and the synergies of the different natural persons that make up the aforementioned Groups of scientists, with their interdisciplinary and interprofessional expertise, are the basis for addressing modern challenges, either in science and technology, or in market and competition.
This initiative, through comprehensive and documented recommendations and interventions, will upgrade the production and information about meat products and highlight the importance of the products for the national economy.
All relevant professionals that wish to contribute to the development of the sector are welcome to join the IPK.
